Then you are sure to get the right size heat pump – and if you don't get enough heat, we replace the components, and it only costs the difference price between the old and new heat pump.

We therefore take responsibility for ensuring that you have the right heat pump size.

From the day of installation, you have one year to determine whether you are getting the right heat in your house.

What is the price difference on the heat pumps?

You will always only pay the difference on the 2 models that are switched between.

Could there be problems with getting enough heat from a heat pump?

With most potential customers who are looking for an air-to-water heat pump, we often hear an overall consideration in relation to the amount of heat – namely: How can you, as a heat pump owner, be sure to get enough heat for both houses and water ?

And quite frankly: The short answer is that you can't be one hundred percent sure.

There will always be a (small) risk that the heat pump is either too big or too small in relation to the specific house.

If the heat pump is too small, it cannot produce enough heat for the house And electricity backup will kick in to help produce heat.

If the pump is too big, it is too expensive to operate, as it runs irregularly (which, by the way, also reduces the lifespan of the pump).

So a heat guarantee can give you exactly the pressure and heat you need when you buy a heat pump.

What does LUNDs heating guarantee include?

We guarantee that you have plenty of heat in the house and hot water in the taps - otherwise we will replace your components at cost price

When you have decided to switch to a heat pump, there is often one question that arises:

How can I be sure that I get enough heat? The short answer is that you cannot be 100% sure.

Even if you do careful preliminary work, there is always a risk that the heat pump is either too big or too small.

If it is too small, then you cannot get it warm enough in the house.

If it is too large, the heat pump starts and stops too often, which makes it expensive to operate and shortens its life. Get your heat pump replaced at cost price The result is often that - in our opinion - too large heat pumps are installed.

This ensures that you can keep warm, but it can be an expensive pleasure in the long run.

Our solution to this problem is the heating guarantee.

It simply means that when we have given you an offer, we take responsibility for ensuring that you have the right heat pump size.

From the date of installation, you have 1 year to determine whether you are getting the right heat in your house.

If you come to the conclusion that you are not warm enough, we will replace your heat pump for the cost price difference between your previous heat pump and your new one.

How does this happen in practice?

When you would like to make use of the heating guarantee, the following happens:

You contact LUNDs and explain that you would like to make use of the heating guarantee.

We first carry out an operational inspection. In certain cases, a change in the setup of the pump may be the solution.

If an operational optimization does not solve the problem, we will come out and inspect your installation.

If the inspection shows that the central heating system is to blame for the operating loss, the central heating system must be optimized before the heat pump is replaced.

If none of the above provides the necessary heat, we will order a larger heat pump for you.

When your new heat pump arrives at the address, we make the replacement and take the old heat pump back with us.

If it is only on this day we will advise you to wait with using the heating guarantee.
